General presentation


Coroana is the first modern hotel in Brasov, being opened in 1910, under the supervision of architect Schuller. The hotel accommodated some of the most important names of Romanian culture such as: George Cosbuc, Cincinat Pavelescu, Lucian Blaga, Emil Cioran, Octavian Goga. In 1923 Hotel Coroana hosted the first literary circle of Brasov.
