Terms and conditions

This contract establishes the rights and obligations between New Business Development further referred as CaptainGo and its clients further referred as Client or Clients.
1. Services

CaptainGo offers free access to its website and hotel database through www.captaingo.com and the possibility to make bookings to the hotels and other accommodation units as well and additional services. All information (no of stars, facilities etc) and photos from www.captaingo.com are presented for information purpose only and they are provided by hotels owners who take full responsibility for them. As much as we would like we cannot guarantee that all the details are valid. CaptainGo cannot be held responsible in any way for the content, messages, texts, photos, quality of services offered by the third parties and the facts that occur using these information or services. Any claim for the quality of services will be made at the hotel front office.


2. Bookings

Bookings can be made by phone +4021 3204232, online through the website www.captaingo.com or by email to . rezervari@captaingo.com
Through CaptainGo website, there can be two types of bookings:
- real time booking
- on request booking
Any request booking will be confirmed or infirmed in 120 minutes. Real time bookings don’t need confirmation, they are implicit confirmed.
A booking can be considered as confirmed ONLY upon receiving from CaptainGo the Voucher or the confirmation form through fax or email.


3. Payment methods and Guarantees

The client can pay for the reservations accordingly to the payment types presented on the finish the booking page. For each hotel there is available at least one of the fallowing payment methods:
- advance payment through bank account
- advance payment by credit card
- payment at hotel front office guaranteed with credit card
- payment at the hotel front office
Bookings not guaranteed by credit card (payment at the hotel front office), are maintained until the hour mentioned in the finish the booking page.
Guaranteed booking and advance payment booking (payment through bank account, by credit card, guaranteed with credit card) are valid in the arrival date and the next day until 06.00 AM.
For payment at the hotel front office guaranteed with credit card, New Business Development obtains a preauthorization from the bank, equal with the amount of the first accommodation night. The amount will be charged-back when the hotel confirms the client's arrival.


4. Cancellation policies

Cancellation occurs:
- Before the cancellation term specified in each hotel page, a cancellation fee 10% will be applied, regardless the type of payment choose by the client.
- After the term specified in each hotel page, a cancellation fee equal with the value of the first accommodation night for each room reserved will be applied.
In case of special packages (holiday season, Christmas, Easter, Fairs etc) in case of cancellation the client will be reimbursed with 90% percent of the total reservation if cancellation occurs with more than 14 days prior to check in date. In case that cancellation occurs with less than 14 days prior to check in date, the amount paid is totally held.
All cancellation can be made from www.captaingo.com website from Reservation Status after you logged on to your account.


5. Rates

All rates mentioned in CaptainGo are per room per night, if not stated otherwise; rates include VAT, breakfast and local taxes if not mentioned otherwise.
In case those services and taxes are not included this is clearly mentioned in the page of each hotel and the client will pay at the hotel desk.


6. Privacy

CaptainGo will not sell, rent or display your personal data to any third party.


7. Litigations

Any litigation will be solved between parts. In case this is not possible, all disputes will be solved by local legal authorities.


8. Final notes

CaptainGo can cancel without notification any booking that may be considered suspect from different reasons or was made by a user who did not provide proper identification information or cannot be contacted by phone.
